Description

Small vintage (or possibly antique) rustic pine box or tool chest made in the 1920s probably though maybe a little later. Very simple and plain construction with no ornamentation. The lid is reinforced with steel straps inside. It's been stripped, having originally been painted black, by the look of the bottom and interior. No handles though it did have them. We can perhaps find some if you want them. There's a lock but no key or catch. Condition is pretty good structurally; cosmetically it has various dings, marks and scuffs from a long working life; all to the good, we think.. Dimensions: 56cm x 38cm x 30cm high
